In March of 2003, Dallas Capital purchased MindBox Inc. from Comerica Bank. After the acquisition Dallas Capital partnered with existing management team and formed MindBox LLC.

On January 3, 2006 MacDonald Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. (TSX:MDA:TO)
purchased MindBox, LLC. MindBox became part of MDA's Financial Services
business in the U.S. (DataQuick & Marshall & Swift).
