Dallas Capital helped California Oaks State Bank raise $5 million in December 1997 in order to create a commercial full-service community bank in Thousand Oaks, California. The bank opened for business on Feb. 9, 1998 at 50 W. Hillside Drive in Thousand Oaks. Today, the bank is profitable with over $70 million in assets.
