Heritage Bank
In 1994, Dallas Capital helped raise $14.1 million in initial capital from nearly 500 shareholders in a public stock offering to create Heritage Bank of Commerce (NASDAQ: HTBK). Heritage Bank of Commerce was the first independent bank to receive regulatory approval to operate in downtown San Jose in 12 years. It opened for business on June 8, 1994. Bill Dallas was a founder and board member for the bank.
Heritage Bank of Commerce has become a $1B bank serving the bay area.
